in the Southeast corner of the city. The schools are all the best
of the best, Olivenhain Pioneer Elementary, and La Costa Canyon
High, and they're within walking distance. This the only area in
Carlsbad where all the homes are on 1/2 acre lots.

which adds to the elegance of the community.
